Humor is for everyone because everybody laughs, everybody gets sad, and everybody gets happy, so there is no reason why humor shouldn't be for everyone.-Ashley, 7th grade
Humor gives people a reason to smile and takes the reader’s mind off things rather than focusing on all the negatives. Also, a lot of books nowadays focus on dystopian societies or forbidden love. It's fun to read something fresh, entertaining, and different.-Jada, 8th grade

I like to read humor books because if I’m sad or depressed because of something that happens in my day I can read it in my room and laugh along with the events of the story.-Ryan F., 8th grade
Humor is for girls too because girls laugh too. Girls are more than a pretty face. We, girls, have our weird and funny sides.-Deya, 8th grade
