About NDA Exam


National Defence Academy (NDA) is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces for the Army, the Navy & Ari Force. It is entrance test exam that is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) which is held twice a year, generally in the month of April and September.the candidate should first select from National Defence Academy and Naval Academy(Executive).If a candidate choose National Defense Academy then he must first indicate his preferences from Army, Navy & Air force wings of NDA.

About NDA Exam


•Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by a state education board or a university•Candidates who are appearing in the 12th class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination•Those candidates who have yet to qualify in the 12th class or equivalent examination and are allowed to appear in the UPSC examination should note that this is only a special concession given to them

•Date of Examination: 27th September 2015•Written Exam Results will be declared in: December 2015INAC commencing from: 02nd July 2016 (Tentative)•SSB Interview for the candidates qualified in Written Exam will be held during: January 2016 to April 2016•An Examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 136th Course and for the 98th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 02nd July 2016
