• Given the self-study guides, each standard committee will develop a common understanding of the indicators for which they are responsible.

• Outcome: For indicators that are not easily quantifiable, standards committees will articulate a statement of what they understand to be adherence to the standard and record that in their “Common Understanding of Indicators” google doc.

Objective #2: Collect the Evidence• Given the self-study guides, each

standard committee will collect, or plan for how to collect, all of the evidence listed in section II of their self-study guide.

• Outcome: Evidence will either be– A. Collected and saved in the Standard Committee’s folder on

the shared drive and marked as collected on the evidence spreadsheet

– B. A point person from the Standard Committee will be identified to gather the evidence along with the staff member responsible for generating the evidence.
