Over 25 years oil, petrochemical, CSG and power generation experience. 17 with BP, 5 in Kazakhstan with Agip KCO as Incident Investigation and HSSE Performance Manager reporting to the MD in (<36,000 personnel). The last 3 years working in Australia, firstly on a major CSG construction project as HSE Principal, currently as Global OHS Compliance Manager for a multinational power generation, LNG and CNG Company. Degree and NEBOSH qualified, working with company directors and contractor leadership teams, as well as with the workforce to promote a step change improvement in our safety culture. Due to my process and hands on background, I am often solicited as advisor on commissioning and operational issues. My current employer has placed me on a Leadership Program with AIMS International.
