How does it work? AMS makes outbound calls at predetermined intervals to patients in advance

of their appointments:– Using recorded, friendly messages and/or Text-to-Speech– Allow patients to confirm or reschedule by pressing a touchtone key

If a patient is unable to keep the appointment, AMS can automatically transfer the call to a person for rescheduling: – Transfer to a person or a voice mail box and take a message for later

callback or track rescheduling requests to return calls
