Reverse osmosis membrane Nanofiltration membrane ・An organic-inorganic hybrid membrane was
developed.
・Improvement of polymerization reaction and
development of uniform membrane formation
technology to realize technological advances.
・Achieved a chlorine-related membrane which largely
exceeds conventional membrane resistance.
・Energy consumption was reduced by more than
50% through simplification of membrane
preprocessing and high permeability.
・Interface polymerization method for NF
membrane skin layer was improved.
・Filtration quantity of water more than doubled
in comparison with current NF membranes
while maintaining high performance with flat
membrane performance.
・A new trial element enables energy saving of
more than 50% for current NF membranes.
