Full Intern Estate Agent Training Program

Training and preparing intern estate agents for their professional careers while completing the required Logbook. All newcomers must serve a compulsory one year internship under the active supervision of a principal estate agent or a full status estate agent with no less than three years practical experience - also referred to as the mentor. They need to complete the EAAB logbook at the same time. It is important to know that the compulsory Internship period serves the purpose to assist the new learner to obtain practical training as an estate agent, no matter what qualifications the newcomer may hold.

NQF4 and NQF5 via RPL method

Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is the process of recognising acquired knowledge and skills of estate agents. Our fees are all inclusive of any service during the period that the learner needs to complete the qualification. There are payment options. There are no hidden costs. Our main benefit is however the availability of our Facilitators and Assessors and our high level of customer service. CPD non verifiable workshops

We offer CPD workshops as an extra initiative to assist current agents / principals in their endeavours to offer a professional service to their clients and staff and at the same time meet the requirements of the EAAB. The workshops are short, to the point and aimed at the experienced person who needs a refresher- a back to basics programme. These are 2 hour sessions and include coffee/tea/sandwich. We can accommodate a maximum of 20 people per session. The workshops are held at our training venue in Bellville. They are only presented on weekdays. Certificates of attendance are awarded.
