ETA Technical Assistance• Focused on developing new sector strategies partnerships,

expanding and sustaining existing ones, and overall scaling up effectiveness and impact.

• The first year of the initiative saw a number of accomplishments:– More than 3,000 workforce professionals took part in TA events.– Average positive response rate across all events: over 80%.– 100% of the Capacity Building cohort sites identified making at least

moderate progress over the course of the project. 67% indicated they made "significant Progress."

– 3 Regional Institutes and an innovative Sectors Virtual Institute

focusing on implementing promising practice models and practical problem solving for Sector Strategies, as well as Career Pathways and Registered Apprenticeship, all within the context of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
