The following charts depict the actual 2007 NetJets Aviation Pilot Agreement base wage tables for three types of work schedules.*

7 DAYS ON / 7 DAYS OFF

The work schedule generally follows this pattern.

18 DAY FIXED

The work schedule is published by the 15th of theprior month and is limited to 18 Company-scheduledwork days in each calendar month. Company-scheduledduty tours are 7 or less work days, followed by a minimum number of days off per contractual rules. For training events, tours can be longer than 7 days.Once per 4-month bid period, the Company canschedule a tour of up to 8 days.

15 DAY FLEX

The work schedule is not known in advance (hencethe “flexible” moniker) and is the only one which may be Company-assigned, but only to the junior10% of the pilots in a seat and fleet. The maximum Company-scheduled work days in a month is 15. The maximum Company duty tour is 5 days, with exceptions to accommodate training. Pilots receive aminimum of 3 days off following each tour.
