SALARY
The following charts depict the actual 2007 NetJets Aviation Pilot Agreement base wage tables for three types of work schedules.*
7 DAYS ON / 7 DAYS OFF
The work schedule generally follows this pattern.
18 DAY FIXED
The work schedule is published by the 15th of theprior month and is limited to 18 Company-scheduledwork days in each calendar month. Company-scheduledduty tours are 7 or less work days, followed by a minimum number of days off per contractual rules.For training events, tours can be longer than 7 days.Once per 4-month bid period, the Company canschedule a tour of up to 8 days.
15 DAY FLEX
The work schedule is not known in advance (hencethe “flexible” moniker) and is the only one which may be Company-assigned, but only to the junior10% of the pilots in a seat and fleet. The maximum Company-scheduled work days in a month is 15. The maximum Company duty tour is 5 days, with exceptions to accommodate training. Pilots receive aminimum of 3 days off following each tour.

The Gulfstream Large Cabin Fleet is operated by NetJets International and NJI. The BBJ is operated by NetJets Large Aircraft Company. PAID TIME OFF
The NetJets Aviation Paid Time Off (“PTO”) system provides a method for pilots to request paid time awayfrom work for personal injury or illness (“sick time”) as well as for reasons other than personal injury or illness (“personal days”). This system is in addition to vacation time.
• A pilot will earn 1 day of PTO credit for each month of service with the Company.
• At the end of each year, pilots may be eligible to sell back some unused PTO credits to the Company or may keep unused PTO credits for use as an income supplement during a qualified short term disability leave.
ANNUAL VACATION TIME
1 to 4 years of completed service = 2 weeks
5 to 9 years of completed service = 3 weeks
10 + years of completed service = 4 weeks
MEDICAL BENEFITS
• All effective upon date of hire
• No employee contribution to insurance premiums,but co-pays and deductibles apply to all plans
• Health insurance provider is AETNA
– Two plan options
– Includes prescription drug program
• Dental
• Vision
MEAL BENEFITS
• Per Diem
– $1.70 per hour at or away from Base and in the Domestic system (contiguous United States)
– $2.50 per hour outside Domestic system
• Crew Meals – provided while on duty
OTHER BENEFITS
• 401K – managed by Fidelity Investments
– 50% match on first 15% of employee’s contributions per paycheck, up to annual federal limits
• Life and AD&D Insurance
– NetJets provides a death benefit equal to $52,000 as well as a Salary Continuation program and Long Term Disability coverage at no cost to the employee
– Employee may purchase supplemental Life and AD&D
EXPENSES
• The Company pays for required travel and hotel expenses
• All pilots are issued and will utilize a Company credit cardfor normal travel expenses
– The card cannot be used for personal charges; however, loyalty program benefits (e.g., points and miles) are for the exclusive use of the pilot
• FAA medical and FAA-required EKG tests are reimbursed up to contractual limits
