NETWORK ACTIVITIES In its first year, the Network will conduct a needs assessment in order to be directly responsive to the TA/T needs of Title V and associated stakeholders. In subsequent years, TA/T activities that address cross-cutting issues and challenges will be offered. These may include webinars, issue briefs, learning communities, and more. Our work will be driven by the needs of Title V and its stakeholders. This publication was produced by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Maternal and Child Health Bureau under contract numbers U23MC26252, U1TMC31757, U1MC31755. The views and content in these resources have not been formally approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Listing these resources is not an endorsement by HHS or HRSA. NETWORK OVERVIEW State Title V priorities and recent national data demonstrate a continued need to identify and provide technical assistance and training (TA/T) to advance the system of services for CYSHCN, specifically medical home, insurance adequacy, and health care transition for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN). Each of these are vital to achieving quality care, decreasing health care costs, and improving the experience of care for CYSHCN and their families. Advancing systems of care for CYSHCN requires a coordinated approach, as progress on each individual component is dependent on the others. Establishing this Network is a direct response to this need. NETWORK PARTNERS This new Network is made up of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau-funded National Resource Centers for medical home, insurance adequacy, and health care transition. Combining the resources and expertise of these three National Centers will enable more effective and efficient leveraging of TA/T resources and help address gaps and barriers from a systems and population health perspective. NETWORK CONTACT For general questions about the Network, or ideas for activities, please contact us at [email protected] In addition to the activities of the Network, each National Center will continue to provide its own TA/T on topics specific to its area of expertise. Please use the active weblinks above to connect with an individual National Center.
