NCC Girls Unit (Army Wing)

The national cadets corps girls unit (Army wing) of our college is recognized and affiliated to

3 MAH. Girls BN. NCC Nagpur since 2007. At present the allowed strength is 100 cadets and Lt. Kuljeet kaur

Gill is working as a commissioned Associate NCC officer since 2012.

Moto of the NCC is “Unity And Discipline” NCC training has been designed to create in youth a greater

sense of patriotism, discipline, self confidence, self reliance and spirit-de-crops. It also developed qualities of

leadership, spirit of adventure, sense of pride and achievement and makes them a better citizen and a leader.

This disciplined force has proved useful in natural calamities. And all this done with the help of drill firing

and different types of camp such as :

Thal Sainik Camp (TSC) , Annual Training Camp (ATC) ,National Integration Camp (NIC) , Adventure

Training Camp (ATC) and Sports Camp. It is proud to me mention here Our cadets have been selected &

attended Republic Day Parade Camp & TSC at New Delhi.

2nd Yoga Training Camp

A ten-day Yoga Camp started at N.H.College Bramhapuri on 10 July

2018 In this camp Dr. K.K. Gill taught various techniques of yoga. He

stressed that the students and cadets must devote some time to yoga

everyday for it is the only remedy to cure many ailments. He explained

the functioning of food processing in scientific manner and usefulness

of yoga in maintaining proper health. The students not only enjoyed

the session but also learnt many things from the yoga .

On the occasion of yoga day NCC unit of N.H. College Bramhapuri , Patanjali Yog Samiti, Bramhapuri, Bharat Swabhiman, Bramhapuri Combinely organized awareness rally on yoga The rally was started by Dr. N.S. Kokode Principal Dr. D.A. Maha Swatchta Awareness rally was jointly organized by Municipal

corporation, NCC Unit and NSS of N.H. Cpollege Bramhapuri at 8.00

student. Cleaningness drive was lead by Shri. Mangesh Khawale CEO,

the presidential address on this occasion different cultural program

Dance, Dish Decoration and Rongoli Competation ) before this

program 10 days free of cost Selef Defence Camp organized for

College Girls and womens ( Open To All) the successful Participants

were honored by giving Mementos by the hands of Dr. N.S. Kokode

Principal and Dr. Madhuri Kokode Smt. Puja Urade Mrs. Dr. M.

Nagare, Mrs. Suchita Mohita, Mrs. Shobhna Lokre, Mrs. Meena

Upadhya, Mrs. Kalpna Gedam Mrs. Komal Bulbule.

The guest opf Honoue Maj. Sangeetha PS,Adm. Off. NCC Girls BN

Nagpur, , addressed that their should be a balance between career

and family and without a family support a women can’t achieve

success, also addressed that girls should know their rights to defend

themselves and be careful against crimes against women. On the same

occasion the another guest of honour Dr. Sarika Shah Mrs. India

Universe 2019 said that there is much need of women enterpreneurs

for the society. Further she said that multitasking is special talent to a

women they must use it for their career development.

Program

The Awareness drive about the right to vote was

successfully conduct under the guidance of Dr. N.S. Kokode Principal

and Shri. Magesh Khawale, CEO Bramhapuri, Dr. D.H. Gahane Vic

Principal Dr. Lt. Kuljeet Kaur Gill (NCC Officer) Prof. V. Chandanshiva

(HOD Political Department) . The NCC Girls cadets and NSS students

has conducted a street play to create voting awareness on common

people with the significance to encourage more young voters to

actively take part in the election process to create transparent

democratic nation. Street play shown the different places of the

Bramhapuri ( College campus, Brister Khobragade chowk,

Christanand chowk, Bazar chowk, shivaji chowk, Fashi chowk) As 10

cadets encacted in the play

About 37 Girls cadets (IInd Year ) appeared for “B Cert.

Examination ‘ held at NCC Unit N.H. College Bramhapuri on 2nd and

3rd Feb. 2019 Lt. Col Pankaj Sharma ( CO 3 Mah Girls BN NCC,

Nagpur) was presiding officer in this Examination.

About 11 Girls Cadets appeared for NCC “C” Cert.

examination held at S.P.College Chandrepur.on daed 17th and 18th ,

Feb.2019.

Cadets participated in honoring the guest during the college day function of the college and also supported

the staff in maintaining discipline during the program.
