The NY Mold Assessor Course is required for profes-sionals who own or operate a sole proprietorship mold assessment company OR perform mold assessments OR write mold remediation plans.

The New York State Labor Law requires 32 hours of training in mold, moisture, respiratory protection, protocol writing, post-remediation clearance and a proctored examination. After completion of the course an application is filed with New York State for licensure.

The New York State Labor Law requires 24 hours of training in mold, moisture, respiratory protection, protocol writing, post-remediation clearance and a proctored examination. After completion of the course an application is filed with New York State for licensure.

This 3 day course covers all New York State requirements for mold licensure such as:

• Work place hazards, PPE, respirators

• State of the art work practices and new technology

• State of the art work practices and new technology

• HVAC systems basics, inspection & assessment of HVAC

• Technical and legal considerations

The NY Mold Abatement Worker Course is required for workers that perform mold abatement work only.
