Laura Hanneman joined Schafer Richardson and SR Realty Trust in January as a member of the Capital Markets team and is the Investor Services Manager. In
this role Laura works on all aspects of the Company’s investor relations, equity sales, and marketing efforts. Most recently, Laura was a part of the Minneapolis Multi-Family Investment Sales team at CBRE.

New Acquisition HEARING COMPONENTS
A 100% leased office warehouse building located in Oakdale, a suburb of Saint Paul, Minnesota, was recently acquired by SR Realty Trust.Hearing Components Inc., a manufacturer of noise canceling hearing tips, occupies
the entire 32,800 square foot building on a long-term lease. The building was built in 1997 and features 18’ clear heights and two loading docks. The acquisition closed on December 14, 2017 and SR Realty Trust partnered on the acquisition with three individuals using proceeds from Section 1031 exchanges.

SR Realty Trust is pleased to announce the acquisition of Parkway Plaza, a neighborhood retail strip center located in downtown Burnsville, Minnesota. The 8,800 square foot retail center is 100% leased to six tenants,
including a restaurant, hair salon, and coffee shop. Two of the tenants have occupied the building for over 25 years. The acquisition closed on November 15, 2017 and SR Realty Trust partnered with two individuals using proceeds from Section 1031 exchanges.
