Welcome to Ambition Education Network, an umbrella

organization of Ambition Academy and Ambition College

situated at Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Our purpose is to

cater the need of quality education for the youths to take their

prospective place as leaders in global economy. Since we off er

pre-school to university level education, our motto “Excellence

with Care” denotes that we are a caring community where

students’ needs are the priority and where traditional Nepalese

and modern western educational values are respected and

encouraged to coexist.

Our students and our outstanding staff s are our two most

precious assets. We believe that each and every student has

their own creation, and we work hard to unlock their highest

potential. We have set high expectation from students and for

ourselves to help all students learn and grow into well-rounded

citizens and creative thinkers. We work very hard to develop

leadership skills, social and emotional skills, and academic skills

to prepare students for success not only in class but also in

career, relationship and life-long learning.

Ambition off ers plenty of opportunities, both within our

curriculum and beyond. To help students to be a good human

being, we help them understand what is required of them to be

Ambition Education Network is a private professional education hub, an umbrella organization of

Ambition Academy and Ambition College established with a motto “Excellence with Care”, that brings

students, scholars and practitioners who combine thought and action to make the world a better place.

We off er comprehensive education from pre-school to University Degree. We believe that smart public

policy and inspired public leadership can make people’s lives safer, more prosperous, and more fulfi lling.

Ambition teaches current and future leaders the skills they need to be eff ective in the private, public,

government and nonprofi t sectors. Our renowned faculty and trailblazing research centers pioneer bold

new ideas. To broaden the area of knowledge we convene an intellectual exchange among iconic leaders

in the forum and visiting experts in the classroom.

Ambition has a well-deserved reputation for delivering high quality programs both at school and

University levels across the academic departments of Management, Science and Information Technology

(IT) and Humanities. Our school which is producing cent percent result with high level grade has its

own place in the fi eld of extracurricular activities. Th e school has been winning various prestigious prizes

in poem, quiz, sports and drama competitions since long. Our +2 is ranked within the best ten schools in

the country for last fi ve years by various ranking agencies. Ambition is also running University degrees

like Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS), Bachelors in Business Management (BBM) and Masters in

Business Studies (MBS) under Management department, Bachelor in Science – Computer Science

and Information Technology (B.Sc. C.S.I.T.) under Science department, and Bachelor in Arts in Social

Work (BSW) and Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) under Humanities under the affi liation

of Tribhuvan University in full capacity.

In short span of its incorporation, it has come a long way with its pioneering achievements. We have 100%

results in all national level examinations of school (grade X and XII). Our connectivity with business

community is second to none as all of our Bachelors and Masters Degree students are placed for internship

VISION

To attract the best talent of students, teachers and faculties irrespective

of their race, cast, religion and/or social status. Ambition provides an

environment in which every student discovers and realizes his/her

potential and commits to develop positive relationship with parents,

professionals and local bodies to promote education as a partnership

between home and school.

Ambition Kindergarten is a fully Montessori based pre-school where children grow best in safe

and secure environment with learning by playing methods. Th e children get the best learning

opportunities in the Montessori lab, spacious playing area with natural setting, suffi cient play

materials and homely environment with good care. Th e curriculum is designed to provide a

rich blend of academic, physical, social, artistic and cultural learning opportunities. Each class

works on themes based on their day to day activities.

Secondary School (1-10) with Activity Based Education

Ambition Academy Secondary School is based on the Activity Based Education. It has safe and

secure environment for learning that helps children to develop social, moral traits like morality,

discipline and self reliance. It strives to instill the innovation, creativity and the fundamental

life skills through various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that motivate them to

respect and adopt inclusive learning environment. Th e regular career counseling and homely

environment inspire them to respect nation and nationality, human rights, cultural and moral

values, civic responsibilities and obligations. It has become a safe gate for their higher education.

Secondary School (11-12) with Activity Based Education

Th e senior classes of Secondary Level off ers the learning opportunities to Secondary Education

Examination passed scholars. It provides nurturing, stimulating, student-centred learning

environment that broaden the scope of baseline ideas, knowledge, skills and principles. Th e

three diff erent streams – Science, Management & Humanities – serve the students on language

competency, communicating skills with critical thinking and rational judgment capabilities. It

has been preparing a good base for future doctors, engineers and the scholars for various research

fi elds by developing the ability of self-study, self-confi dence, self-advancement to be a new frontier

BBS/BBM with Value Added Education

Bachelors in Business Studies (BBS) and Bachelors in Business management (BBM) are

Tribhuvan University affi liated programs. BBS is four years program whereas BBM is the

semester based program runs for eight semesters. Th e secondary level scholars from Science

and Management discipline can study these programs. Th e Bachelors programs in Ambition

College have been showing the outstanding result since its establishment. Th ese programs

prepare students to be a responsible citizen of the country with good professionalism by

preparing medium level managers. Both the programs orient to students’ skills with value

added education system. Regular classes, use of technology and discovery of innovative areas

of knowledge are some the basics of Bachelor programs at Ambition. Th e Curriculum for these

programs is as prescribed by TU, Nepal.

B.Sc. CSIT/BCA with Innovation Based Education

Bachelor in Science and Information Technology (B.Sc-CSIT) and Bachelor in Computer

Application (BCA) are TU affi liated programs run for the Eight Semesters (Four Years). Since

both the programs entertain science and technology, their classes are also focused on practical

based teaching learning activities. Th e knowledge of computer application and designing of new

software are the basic norms of BCA and B.Sc-CSIT respectively. Both programs need experts

of the specifi c fi eld as teachers who help students in group discussion, individual and group

presentation in class as the regular classroom teaching activities. Scholars of these programs

feel convenience in creating the job opportunities in the fi eld of Information Communication

Technology (ICT). Many of the IT scholars from Ambition College have made outstanding

performances in and out of the country in their respective fi elds. Th e secondary scholars from

Science discipline can be enrolled in B.Sc-CSIT whereas the scholars from any discipline can

take BCA.

BA-BSW with Responsibility Based Education

Bachelor of Arts – Social Work (BA-SW) is TU affi liated program runs for three academic

years. Since the curriculum requires, BSW students involve in various community based activities

that make them practically responsible for the society making them accountable for the nation.

Th eir teaching learning activities accompany integration and coordination with other social

organizations, NGOs and INGOs. Th eir learning of the rural life during their fi eld visits is

replicated in their classroom activities. Th e life skills and practical application through research

and fi eld visits in the rural area make them more practical beyond the classes. Th ey acquired not

only key learning skills but also life skills involving healthy relationships, caring about others and

a sense of responsibility for a world we live in. Th e outstanding result every year proves the hard

works of qualifi ed faculty and the students in their respective fi elds.

MBS with Engage Based Education

Masters in Business Studies (MBS) is the TU affi liated program runs for Four Semesters (Two

Years). It is the research based education program with the objectives of preparing higher level

human resource in the fi eld of management. Since the curriculum believes in handling the nation

by a good manager, the master scholars also widely involve in research and innovation to be

prepared as the future manager. Th e spacious classroom with availability of ICT, good learning

environment with group discussion and presentation, mock managerial skill practice in class and

the good guidance of the expert lecturers and professors are some of the basics of this program at

Ambition College. Th e outstanding academic result of Ambition College itself speaks the hard

work of students, lecturers and of the learning environment. Th e regular morning classes with

motivation and self accountable presence of the students and professors make MBS an engage

based education hub at Ambition.
