IATA/IATAN ID Card Online Application User Guide

New Applicant All Travel Professionals who wish to obtain an IATA/IATAN ID Card for the first time

1. Select LOGIN WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION as shown below

2. Complete the following mandatory fields and click on LOGIN NOW. This allows IATA to confirm that you have never been issued an IATA/IATAN ID Card.

3. If no record is found, please confirm the name and address of the Agency you work for and click on APPLYING FOR A FIRST ID CARD. Note: the Agency name will be printed on your ID Card and it will be sent to the address shown. To inform IATA about the change of Agency address, please click on “Report Agency Incorrect Information” and log your request to modify address. ID Card application should only be completed AFTER the agency changes are finalized.

4. In order to successfully complete the application, it is important to have the following items ready.Please check all the boxes and click NEXT to continue

5. Complete the following mandatory fields and click Next to continue

6. Attach a proof of employment. Click on Browse button to select the document and Save to continue. Note: All the documents must be in PDF format

7. Attach your picture. Click on Browse button to select the photo and upload it by clicking “Upload Selected Image” after selection. Then Next to continue. Note: Picture must be in .jpg or .jpeg format

8. Select area to be displayed on the left image and click on Confirm Selection to continue

9. Click Next to confirm your picture ID

10. Select ITDI courses that you wish to take; enter promotional code (if applicable); check Terms and Conditions box once IATA Privacy Policy, Conditions of Use and Terms & Conditions read and agreed. Click on Next to continue.

11. Check out page: revise the IATA/IATAN ID Card details and fees. Click on Credit Card Payment to Continue. Note: People’s Republic of China, Mongolia, North Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Venezuela will have “Other Payment Option”

12. Enter Credit Card details and click Confirm to continue

13. Once transaction processed, payment information will display the confirmation of the ID Card purchased with Case number. Email confirmation will be sent to agent as well.
