lending to financial intermediaries; financialisation and capital mobilisation; new ‘competitive’ shifts in institutions of the state in relation to migration, capital flows, labour laws, education; the impact
of new international initiatives, standards and benchmarking efforts (Doing Business report,
ISO , EITI etc.).
