1. Web Portal Process:

Step 1: Open This URL http://www.appsavy.com on browser, Login window will be display:

Step 2: Enter your login ID and Password to reach following screen.

Enter your user id ,

password and click

on login button

Click on Outage

Management System

Icon.

Click on Request option and

then Action on request New

Connection option

Step 5: If any pending Request exists then following grid will be show.

You can see the Request detail to click it (Showing in grid).

• Now You have to choose “Request Status” as Close/Pending.

• Enter Remark.

• Click on update Button.

• Request will get update/close after clicking on update button.

Report Section:

NEW CONNECTION DASHBOARD REPORT

Click on Dashboard under Request Menu to view Donut Charts of Requests Role wise (like –

Discomwise for MD, Districtwise for TKC User, Substation wise for AE etc ) as shown below:

New Connection Summary Report

� This report is shown on TKC User,AE, MD and Director only

� The purpose of this report is to show Total, Closed and Pending number of requests.

� In order to see this report you are required to select the date/Period and then click on the Search

button

� You can download this report in excel format also, for this you have to select “excel” in report

format dropdown before searching.

New Connection Detail Report

� This report is available for all the Logins i.e. TKC Users, AE, Director, MD, Director.

� This report shows following information:

• Request No

• Consumer Name

• Address

• Father Name

• Mobile No.

• Discom Name

• District

• Block

• Village

• Substation

• Category

• Load

• TKC Name

• TKC Mobile No

• Remarks

� In order to view this report you need to specify the date and click the Search button.

� You can download this report in excel format also, for this you have to select “excel” in report format

dropdown before searching.

2. Mobile App

Step 1: Download Appsavy from Playstore

� Install Application

� Register with your details

� Enter OTP

� Start the Application

� Select Outage Management System Project

� Click on Action on Request

1. Install Application:- Go at playstore (Available on Android and Ios platform) and install the

Appsavy App.

� Enter OTP:-

� Start the Application:- After Device registration, Assigned project will be shown and Select

Outage Management System Project and choose the role (Note: For TKCs Click on role which is

showing TKC & for SDOs no additional role is required, they can see details under request

section).

� Click on Action on Request New Connection option under Request tab.

If request exist for his login then request will be visible to that user on app. User have to click on request

� Now user have to choose “Request Status” as Closed or pending.

� Enter Remark.

� Click on update Button.

� Request Remark will be updated after clicking on “update” button

Reports on app

� Click on Request.

� To See Dashboard on App, Click On New Connection Dashboard

� To Check Summary Report, Click on “New Connection Summary Report”. Fill your requirement

like date, period then click on search and show button.
