New Development Planned for West Plano

Heady Investments, in a joint venture with Red Spur Ltd., proposed a new project the pair arecalling Headquarters 2 in the Legacy Town Center district in west Plano, TX.

The 200,000-square-foot, seven-story office building will be located at the northeast corner of theDallas North Tollway and Headquarters Dr., just across the tollway from the new Liberty Mutualoperations center.

Due to a long standing relationship with the developers, ANPH Architects will be designing theproject. Mark Lewis and Sayres Heady of Randy Heady Co. will handle leasing, while TIG will be theproperty manager.

The property is expected to break ground by the end of 2015 with an expected completion by mid-year 2016.
