When the Bible speaks of the "heaven" usually It refers to the outer space. At the beginning. He created "the heavens", but the "Heaven," God's dwelling already existed. God dwells in the "heavens" above the outer space (Ps 11.4).

God will restore the whole universe, excluding the effects of the Fall and the actions of the devil and his angels. The Earth will undergo a transformation process and will be free of the effects of the evil action and man (Isaiah 34.4, Rev. 21.4). In the divine renewal, the entire earth will be transformed (2 Peter 3.7).

In the consummation of all things, God will renew the heavens and the earth, blowing his sky to a new universe and forming a perfect room that will be our eternal home. This was also the gracious promise that through the Old Testament prophets, God gave his people (Isaiah 65.17-19). God declares that become so heaven and earth we know today, which correspond to a new creation. 1. Christ, heaven and earth will be gathered.
The apostle Peter says that we look for new heavens and a new earth (2 Peter 3:13). The text of the Epistle of Peter shows us that the divine purpose is a new creation (Isaiah 66.22).The sky and the earth will be cleansed and restored by fire. Believers look forward to the restoration of God's world.

2. New Sky and new earth.
The Church of Jesus have been persecuted throughout history, but the time is near when there will be no evil or human action against the Lord's people (Hebrews 11.36-39). With the restoration of all things, the "new heavens" and "new earth," "there will be no remembrance of former things, nor come into mind."

The Almighty will prepare new sky and new earth.
SUBSIDY Eschatological"In the new heaven and earth will fear nothing in and nothing will separate us from each other. The only water will be described 'a pure river of water of life' (Rev. 22.1). This clear river crystal down the main street of heaven (Rev. 22.2). Revelation 21.3-7 provides a description of the most striking features of the new heavens and new earth.The Scriptures here promise that heaven will be a realm of perfect bliss. In the new heavens and the new earth there will be no place for tears, pain, grief and mourning. There the people of God will dwell with Him for all eternity, completely free from all effects of sin and evil. God is portrayed personally drying the tears of the redeemed.

It will be a holy place of communion and relationship with God (Rev. 21.3). There we will find a beautiful square in the middle of which runs through the "river of life" with the "tree of life" in the margins (Rev. 22.2; 21.6). Only those who have the name written in the Book of Life will enter this beautiful city . in this dark world, we struggle and suffer with environmental degradation, floods, droughts and climatic variations, but we are to enjoy a new place that is prepared for those who believe and await.

"I had a great, high wall with twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of Israel" (Rev. 21.12,13). Each port is a "pearl" , the square is "pure gold, like transparent glass" (Revelation 21:21); the wall is jasper, "the city was pure gold, like pure glass" (Rev. 21.18,21).

"And God shall wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things are passed away" (Rev. 21.4; 1 Cor 15:26). One of the main reasons for sadness is death. In big cities or in small towns, there is always a cemetery where loved ones are buried. No one can escape death. But in New Jerusalem, death will be no more (Rev. 20:14; 1 Corinthians 15:26). There will be mourning nor crying.

It will come down from heaven (Rev. 21.2) and will serve as a permanent source of light to the nations (Rev. 21,24,26). The Holy City will enlighten nations, but it will not be "neither sun nor moon," because "the city has no need of sun or moon to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the its lamp "(Rev. 21:23).

"And do not enter into it anything that defiles and committed abomination and a lie, but only those who are written in the book of life of the Lamb" (Rev. 21:27). There will be no curse against anyone (Rev. 22.3), as corrupt is already in lake of fire and only the saved will live in the Holy City all the wicked who do not repent will be left out (Rev. 22:15; 1 Cor 6:10). and all who practice acts unworthy in God's eyes will not have access to the New Jerusalem, for his place and destination is hell (Ps 9:17).

"New JerusalemThe Scriptures describe the New Jerusalem as the "Jerusalem which is above" (Gal 4:26), 'the city of the living God, Jerusalem celestiat1 (Heb 12:22), and' Holy City 'that' God came down from heaven '( ap 21. 2,10). AT refers to it as God's dwelling. In the NT, it is also the heavenly abode of the saints. The sacred celestial city structures contributed to the Tabernacle and the Temple project on earth. Ouando down as the "tabernacle of God is with men" (Rev. 21.3), will be a temple both physical (Rev. 21.12-21) and spiritual (Rev. 21:22).

The Old Testament is the heavenly Jerusalem as the 'hill' and 'sanctuary' heavenly. Ezekiel refers to 'the holy mountain of God' and 'sanctuaries' in heaven (Ez 28.14,16). Salm 2 m enciona 'He that dwelleth in the heavens "and" the name holy hill of Zion "(vv. 4,5). The first expression concerns the place in heaven where God is enthroned. The second refers to the earthly Jerusalem, where God will give the throne to his King after defeating the nations in the battle of Armageddon. The Davidic Psalms also allude to God in his 'house' or 'temple' (Ps 11.4), although the Temple was erected only after the death of David. Such references are therefore relative to the celestial Temple, as we see in one of the Psalms explicitly: 'The Lord is in his holy temple; the Lord's throne is in heaven '(Ps 11.4) "' (LAHAYE, Tim Popular Encyclopedia of Bible Prophecy, l.ed. One of the hymns of the Christian Harp says: "Half of heavenly glory never told the mortal." What the Bible reveals, moving away a little the veil of eternity, is not the full reality of expression that will unfold in the eyes of the saved in Christ Jesus, who will reign with Him in the New Jerusalem. So it pays to be faithful believer, holy and dedicated to doing God's will.
