Project Overview• This new project focuses on questions that will serve as
high-priority, high-traffic pages on a reputable Q&A site. These high-traffic questions follow most of the same instructions as the other 100- and 200-word Q&A tasks.

Resource Rule Changes
Overall, the resource rules for these tasks are less strict than the other Q&As, as these questions can be tough to find sources for.
However, you still want to find the most trusted, reliable resource available.

Steps:
1. Provide the most popular opinion in the Answer section.

Questions Asking for the Best Product or Service
Answer: The top-performing vacuum cleaner of 2014 is the Hoover Platinum Collection LiNX Cordless Stick Vacuum, according to CNET. Vacuum Judge also gives the model favorable ratings, while Amazon users give the model 4.4 out of a possible 5 stars.
Additional Details: Hoover’s LiNX is both cordless and bagless, and is extremely lightweight. The machine weighs just 7.5 pounds, and is available at a relatively low price.
Good Housekeeping gives the LinX a product rating of A, listing its washable filter and removable battery as pros. The only con listed is its limited movability. The vacuum scored high on the magazine’s bare floor test, and works well at removing pet hair from carpet.

Questions Asking About Reviews of a Product or Service
Answer: A majority of the reviews for Sealy Posturepedic mattresses on Amazon tend to be positive, but there are mixed and negative reviews as well. Many people rate the mattresses as highly comfortable, while others complain of annoying odors, sagging and pain.
Additional Details: The reviews for the Sealy Posturepedic Classic Series on Sleep Like the Dead are mixed. According to the site, the owner satisfaction of Sealy innerspring mattresses is above average when compared to others. However, the owner satisfaction rating for the Sealy Posturepedic Classic in particular is a D+.
Many reviewers on Amazon found the Sealy Posturepedic Optimum Radiance Gel Memory Foam mattress to be extremely comfortable, but one reviewer notes that she returned the mattress after a few weeks due to sagging problems. Additionally, several reviewers complained of an irritating smell that was noticeable for the first week or two after purchase.

Questions Asking How to Troubleshoot or Fix Something
Steps:
1. For questions asking about a particular brand/model (i.e. LG washing machines):
• Check the manufacturer’s official website.• If unavailable, find troubleshooting information about
the product in general (i.e. washing machines).
2. State in the Answer section that the exact answer depends on the actual problem, brand or model.
3. Address two or three of the most common problems.
4. Expand on these problems in the Additional Details.

Questions Asking How to Troubleshoot or Fix Something
Answer: To troubleshoot a Trane AC unit, you must first identify the specific problem. Common problems with Trane AC units include incorrect thermostat settings, dirty coil systems, lack of airflow and tripped circuit breakers.
Additional Details: First check to make sure the thermostat is set correctly, and examine the coil system to see if it’s dirty. Most Trane AC units are designed for cleaning, and the filter should slide out for easy access.
If the system comes to a complete halt, begin by checking the air conditioning, heat pump or air handler circuit breakers. Machines can fail as a result of overloaded circuits and older wiring. If the breaker is tripped, reset it. If the system fails because of a faulty home breaker box, contact professionals for assistance.

Several guides exist to assist to help determine the price of classic cars, including Hi-Bid. The Hi-Bid tool compiles pricing guides and sales figures from around the country. The AutoTrader Classics website is another such resource, providing purchase information ranging regarding shipping and insurance as well as maintenance information about tires, tools, supplies and parts.

Steps:
1. List two or three of the most common codes in the first sentence of the Answer section.
2. State that you can find more codes on the manufacturer’s website (if true).
3. In the Additional Details, expand on what each code does, address other codes, and/or talk about what these types of codes are used for.

Questions Asking for or About Product Codes
Answer: Common fault codes for LG dishwashers include PF, which indicates a power failure, and FE, which indicates a fill error. A full list of error codes can be found in LG’s official website.
Additional Details: A power failure error warning helps to protect the machine in the event of a power outage, and a fill error means that there is too much water in the unit. Additional codes include tE, which indicates a thermal error, and CE, which indicates a motor error. Thermal errors occur when the water temperature rises above 194 degrees or if there is a problem with the thermistor.

Steps:
1. Name two or three stores, websites or resources in the first sentence of the Answer section.

Questions Asking Where to Find Products or Information
Answer: The price of gold is listed on many business and financial websites, including CNN Money, Bloomberg and NASDAQ. COMEX is the New York futures market for gold and other precious metals, and can be followed on most sites that track the stock market.
Additional Details: Each of these sites offers specific information about the commodities market, and some may be more up-to-date than others. For example, Bloomberg tracks COMEX in New York and another gold market, TOCOM, in Tokyo, while also providing the "spot price" or specific value of gold in euros, dollars, pounds and yen. CNN Money, however, focuses more on the fluctuation of commodities’ prices over time and the ability to compare different commodities on an interactive chart. Most sites provide the "floor" value, the change, and the date and time at which the information was last updated.

Answer: Instructions for the Game of Life are available on Hasbro’s website as of 2014. The website offers Instructions for several different versions of the game.

Steps:

Questions That Are Too Broad or Vague
Answer: To check the balance of your gift card online, navigate to the Web page listed on the back of the card, and enter the necessary information. The exact process depends on the type of gift card and the company who issued it.
Additional Details: Companies such as Walmart and Target allow you to check your gift card balance online. To do so, you need your card number and the PIN or access number.
