MINING APPLICATION HYDRAULIC HOSES

The company is ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified and engaged in the manufacturing of an extensive range of Hydraulic Braided Hoses, Spiral Hoses, Industrial Hoses, Thermoplastic Hoses, Hose Assemblies, End Fittings, Industrial & Automotive Belts.

The products manufactured at PIX are designed and tested to ensure reliability and high performance. Product quality certifications include MSHA, DNV, USCG, GL, and DGMS. The company also has an modern testing facility comprising of several test machines such as those for dynamic impulse testing, burst pressure testing, ozone testing, and abrasion-resistance testing among others.

End fittings which are manufactured using highly sophisticated machines at its plant at Bazargaon, are perfectly compatible with PIX Hoses. The raw material for End Fittings passes through an array of testing procedures such as metal characteristics analysis, crack detection, etc.

Special products such as the PIX Mining Hose is DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety) approved, the LPG Hose is approved by LERC (LPG Equipment Research Centre), while the CNG Hose is approved by ARAI. PIX Braided & Spiral Hoses also have DNV Type Approval.

Special Features: Qualified for double impulse cycles (300,000 cycles) to relevant standards-SAE 100 R1S A / EN 853 1ST / ISO 1436-1ST. Thicker cover for very good abrasion resistance and weather protection.

Working temperature: - 40°C to +100°C (Continuous). Intermittent temperature: - 40°C to +120°C (10% of total working hours).For air application (Temp. max 70°C) & pressure above 17 bar cover must be pin pricked. Special MSHA approved flame resistant outer cover can be provided on request.Note: 1MPa = 10 bar = 145 psi
