Rebates for use of e-bikes and scooters in EJ communities.
Rebates in the secondary market for e-vehicles registered in communities identified by Enviroscreen tool.
Improved access to charging infrastructure near multi-unit dwellings.
Additional rebates for E-light duty vehicles operated in communities identified by Enviroscreen tool.

Addressing EJ in the Use of Electric Vehicles
Funding:
• Bill (SB 1275) would require nine year funding plan.
• Proposed state budget included up to $200 million to support electric vehicle programs.
