The story talks about a court case hearing. The case is on a juvenile boy who is accused of his father’s murder.

Before giving the verdict the judge has appointed a panel of 12 men, with different attributes, who will be helping the judge in taking a decision.

But the condition is that the result has got to be unanimous.

The movie talks about techniques of consensus building and overcoming all the obstructions coming to it through the strong leadership of Henry Fonda – juror 8 who influenced all other .
