Patient was managed conservatively with IV Fluids, IV Antibiotics, Antipyretics and other supportive treatment. In view of low platelet counts, regularly platelet counts done which showed improvement in platelet counts (1.14lac/ul on 10.09.15). Patient responded well to the given treatment and is now being discharged in stable condition with following medication and advice.

Neurologist reference was sought and advice incorporated in the treatment. Dermatologist reference was sought and advice incorporated. ENT reference was sought and advice incorporated in the treatment. After evaluation and examination.Patient was managed conservatively with IV Antibiotics, IV fluid, Antiplatelets, Antipyretics, Analgesic, Physiotherapy and other supportive treatment. Patient responded well to the treatment and is now stable and hence being discharged on following medication and advice.

Patient was managed with IV Antibiotics, IV Fluids, Antipyretics and other supportive treatment. Patient was shifted to ward after vitals got stable in ICU. Now patient is stable and is being discharged with follow up advice.
