Dear friends:

Tvitec Group closed FY 2017 with a turnover of 107 million Euros,

increasing our Ebitda in the proportion pursued by the company’s

business plan. These results not only satisfy us, but also reinforce

our business model as productive and effective, both in terms of

generating added value and in what it represents as a market niche,

and makes our balance every year more solid.

Exports of architectural glass products from Tvitec grew, both in

numerical terms, and in terms of the expansion of geographical

areas. More than 70% of our turnover is generated abroad,

confirming and exceeding our initial market.

In addition, we are seeing how the level of demand for our high-

performance products increases in all these markets. A good

example is our current orders portfolio, already signed with very

relevant volumes, which gives us peace of mind and an optimistic

view of the sector’s behavior.

The year we left behind required, however, an additional effort, as

we continue with the investment plan that will allow us to increase

manufacturing capacity in the coming years and, consequently, the

response time to improve and shorten the deadlines in material

deliveries.

Looking ahead, we do not give up when it comes to investing,

evolving and developing new solutions demanded by the market.

We analyze and research competitive glazing solutions with more

features, exceeding even the main quality standards. And, at the

same time, we continue to provide ourselves with the cutting-

edge technology necessary to meet the new demands of singular

construction on an international scale.

Cubillos del Sil (León-Spain), a partner and supplier

of exclusive reference for any construction company,

specialist in facades, architects or engineers who bet on

the high quality and eco-efficiency in the construction

Tvitec glass is present in buildings that are located in

more than 50 countries around the world, maintaining the

undisputed leadership in Spain. The economic forecasts

for 2018 remain optimistic.

Employment in the factories of Spain, Portugal and Brazil

placed the overall volume of the workforce above 500

employees. Its new project of curved glass will turn Tvitec

into an integral transformer of architectural glass on a

world scale.

The London Stock Exchange (LSEG) has included for the

second year in a row Tvitec in its report on the 1,000

medium-sized companies with the greatest growth

potential in Europe (1000 Companies to Inspire Europe),

published by the Financial Times.

PLACE VENDÔME QATAR

OneVanderbilt is a skyscraper under construction in New York City, on the corner of 42nd Street and Vanderbilt Avenue in downtown Manhattan. It was proposed by the city’s mayor, Bill diBlasio, and the developer, SL Green Realty, as part of a planned rezoning of Midtown East. The tower will be located next to Grand Central Terminal. When completed in 2020, the roof of the 57-story, 1,600,000-square-foot (150,000 m2) skyscraper will be 1,301 feet (397 m) tall and its spire will be 1,401 feet (427 m), making it the fourth highest building in town, at least until the completion of Central Park Tower and 111 West 57th Street. The skyscraper is designed by KPF Architects. Tvitec supplies all the architectural and eco-efficient glass for the incredible facade.

Place Vendôme is an upcoming multibillion Qatari Riyal mixed-use

development underway in Qatar’s emerging Lusail City. Place Vendôme

is a project of United Developers, a group of four Qatari investors who

partnered to align their expertise in retail, real estate, construction and

contracting. The project broke ground on March 17, 2014 and is slated for

opening in 2019. 1,000,000 m² development will host two five-star luxury

hotels, serviced apartments, a mall featuring up to 600 different retail

outlets with an exclusively luxurious wing dedicated to top designer labels,

and a central entertainment component showcasing constant attractions.

Tvitec will provide the architectural glass for the 12 great canopies of the

complex.

The new terminal 2, by Luis Vidal Architects, is equipped with a new

passenger processor and four fixed “piers”. Each of the four “piers” is

connected to the central passenger processor through corridors. The

retail, food and beverage areas are evenly distributed along the “piers”.

Visibility of all stores is improved because of the high fl ow of travelers

passing in front of them. Travelers can choose from different options as

they approach the departure lounge. Tvitec will fabricate 3.000 sqm of

architectural glass.
