This role does not have language requirements aside from strong English language capability. You will be involved with the top three levels of the organisation to analyse and improve quality of performance and talent identification/management, and also be focused on achieving regional input into a global eLearning platform. The role is based in the regional headquarters in Hong Kong which houses many nationalities in this diverse organisation. Experience in supporting brand and EVP for campus activity, having worked as a Technical or Function specific learning partner, training program design and facilitation would be preferred. This is a people leadership role with one direct report.
