IV. DISCUSSION

@. A team led by SPO- 'emie Casas and PO( 9oseph Oclarit

immediately conducted a thorough in&estigation of the /illing of PO(

Armateo. hen the team arri&ed at the crime scene, they sa7 PO(

Armateo already lying lifeless on the ground under the area of the

Peter <allo=aGs house.

B. n&estigators 7as able to inter&ie7ed all the members of the <allo=a

family and the neighborhood present in the crime scene.

V. CONCLUSIONS

*. After the conduct of an autopsy, a follo7%up search for e&idence 7as

immediately conducted at the scene of the crime. 'uring the conduct of

in&estigation and searching for e&idence, the team 7ere able todetermine that the incident 7as an accidental.

(+. $he team 7ere able to locate a t7o .# pistols 7ith li&e ammunition

and a gun recoil spring 7hile the .-#@ re&ol&er 7as not found during

the in&estigation. $he &ictim 7as /illed 7ith use of .-#@ at closed

range.
