PRE-ORDER FOR DEEPER DISCOUNTSFrom May through December, pre-orders placed for the monthlydeadline for Walthers newest products automatically receive a46% discount — there’s NO minimum dollar value, and you canplace multiple pre-orders.
BUILD YOUR REBATE PERCENTAGE Every qualifying pre-order helps you earn your New ProductRebate Percentage. Knowing how much you’ve earned is easybecause we keep a monthly dealer net value of all qualifying pre-orders.
MAXIMIZE YOUR REBATE DOLLAR TOTALWith every Walthers proprietary new item* (see Terms &Conditions) shipped from July 2010 through June 2011 yourrebate will increase.
COLLECT YOUR REBATEAfter July 2011, we’ll multiply your New Product RebatePercentage by your total purchases of Walthers proprietary newitems* and automatically issue a credit to your Walthers account.

Each month through December 2010, Walthers will announcea group of new products.
To qualify for a 46% discount, simply pre-order only thoseproducts by the last day of each month.
All program orders:• can only include items from the monthly announcement
(“mixed” orders cannot be separated).• must include the Special Program Order code (Expres
III orders) or be clearly marked as a New ProductProgram order (mail/fax orders).
• will receive standard billing and shipping terms.
There is no minimum order value required to receive the 46%discount — you can place multiple program orders during themonth that new items are announced.
With each qualifying monthly pre-order, Walthers will tally thedealer net value for calculating your New Product RebatePercentage.
After December 31, 2010 your New Product Rebate Percentagewill be decided based on the following schedule:
• Total dealer net value of program orders is at least $2,500 = 1% REBATE
• Total dealer net value of program orders is at least $5,000 = 2% REBATE
• Total dealer net value of program orders is at least $10,000 = 3% REBATE
• Total dealer net value of program orders is at least $15,000 = 4% REBATE
• Total dealer net value of program orders is at least $20,000 = 5% REBATE
From July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 the cost of every newitem* we ship to you will be totaled. This includes the originalshipment and any subsequent shipments during this timeperiod. In other words, your rebate will be based on your pre-orders AND your re-orders.
