QUANTEX QATAR is an independent, local and Grade A Quantity Surveying Company based in Qatar providing the highest level of professionalism and integrity, working on contemporary, leading edge construction projects for our Clients by integrating and co-ordinating our innovative and collaborative based approach to Cost Management Services and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

QUANTEX QATAR’s aim is to protect the interests of our Clients and we are committed to:

QUANTEX QATAR offers the full range of Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services from feasibility concept studies, cost estimating, Bills of Quantities, tendering, contract award, cost management of construction works and handover. We can also offer Loan Monitoring and Due Diligence Studies, as well as, Fire Insurance and Asset Valuations.

We are continually analysing construction cost data to ensure that from Feasibility Estimates through to Pre-Tender Estimates, we are committed to giving clients cost data that is as robust, accurate and reliable as possible.

Analysing and benchmarking completed projects is our key tool that we use to compare similar building typologies with each other, which provides the empirical evidence that we need to be able to challenge designs, value engineer and recommend efficiency measures to ensure cost-effective construction.

Neil has over 35 years of experience and worked for Davis Langdon for 14 years before setting up Quantex Qatar in 2012.

Neil relocated to Qatar from London at the start of 2009 and has made a long term commitment to Qatar by the establishment of Quantex Qatar.

Neil is a Grade A registered QS with MME.

Neil sees the exciting opportunity in Qatar to provide high quality traditional Quantity Surveying Services.
