Servo-operated axes of the RodFLAT punching machine ensure high energy efficiency, operation speed and low maintenance. This is complemented by the most versatile flexible tooling system in the market to provide maximum cost efficiency needed in the ever-varying manufacturing tasks of the current market.
Thick Turret, extended Thick Turret and EHRT style tooling can be used and also installed simultaneously in the magazine. Large, versatile tooling capacity and easy and fast set-up are further factors in making RodFLAT a highly competitive LEAN manufacturing solution for busbar processing.
For fast set-up changes, the new-generation RodFORM bending machine features automatic change of four tools, which contributes significantly to overall flat bar processing productivity. Four tools provide sufficient versatility for most manufacturing tasks.
