• Store sizes range from 6,800 to 8,000 SF

• Sites with high traffic counts in retail corridors

• A minimum of 25 parking spaces are required

• Excellent visibility and easy access from adjacent streets

ADDITIONAL CRITERIA FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS AND SHOPPING CENTERS

• 60' of store frontage with excellent street visibility

• Customer-friendly and convenient parking

• Pad site or end cap is preferred

• Tractor trailer loading capabilities

• Prominent pylon sign
