Low Voltage, Low-Level Triple Automatic BinliftElectric

OmniDEL Triple is a low voltage, triple electric bin lift with a proven heritage eoffering robust build, safe operation & minimal maintenance. The OmniDEL Triple shares its mechanical design components, efficiency e saving features and safety enhancing benefits with the standard OmniDEL Triple but requires only 24v chassis electrical power for operation of its three bin lift chairs that make it the ideal choice for all 70/30 split RCV bodies;

Environmentally friendly performance as standardDesigned to be compatible with future developments in electric & hybrid RCV technologies, the OmniDEL Triple is equally compatible with diesel e powered RCV’s but because it relies on electrical power alone offers significant savings in fuel consumption and CO emissions.2

Practically silent operationThe OmniDEL Triple is extremely quiet, producing less than 57 dB(A) of noise in operation. Combined with its ability to e operate without the engine running this is great news for light sleepers.

Minimal chassis and body preparationRequiring only electrical power, the OmniDEL Triple negates the need for a second pump on vehicle chassis’ & requires no ehydraulic preparation. OmniDEL Triple therefore offers a straightforward ‘bolt on, plug in & play on’ system to significantly ereduce fitting times & body preparation costs.

Reduced maintenance and increased durabilityVibration resistant IP69K automotive components, bearing protection systems & contact-less wear-free angle sensors offers superb resistance to steam cleaning duties & the harsh environment of modern bin collections.

Complete spillage protection systemOmniDEL Triple incorporates a unique sonar sensor anti-spillage system eand tough extensions to the clamp and hopper plate. The sonar sensor system detects materials that are not fully discharged & automatically shakes the ‘offending’ bin until discharged. The extended clamp & hopper plate sections overlap during discharge to provide a continuous platform that directs any potential spillage into the hopper.

Designed with dynamic weighing and RFID in mindThe OmniDEL Triple is designed to integrate easily with weighing and eidentification systems, has a smooth operation to minimise ‘bin bounce’ and a vertical initial lift providing a ‘window’ for ease of data recording.

’Plug and Play’ wiring connections reduce downtimeThe OmniDEL Triple is designed to reduce downtime during unlikely erepair work. All connections are ‘Plug and Play’ and easy to access, making replacement of defective components and/or wiring simple and fast. An intelligent diagnosis system simplifies the fault finding process.

Automatic Mode ChangeoverOmniDEL Triple features automatic cycle mode changeover on its twin echair section easing the operation. As trade containers are presented, the intelligent control system selects ‘trade’ mode & the catcher bar moves to the correct position. Both chairs are levelled/raised to the optimum height & the lift engages the bin to allow a safe, manually controlled cycle.

Rear Protection Device (RPD)Rear underwalk protection as standard ensures compliance with the requirements of EN1501.5. The sensor arrangement ensures that bin lift chair movement is frozen if a person (or obstruction) is detected inside the functional working area and the container is above 1000mm.

Single Point GreasingA single point greasing system is fitted as standard offering reductions in maintenance times, grease lines are protected from damage & provide grease to all ten lubrication points.

Smooth, two-stage soft liftThe OmniDEL Triple has a controlled two-speed lifting cycle with a safe, esmooth & reliable bin pick up that reduces mechanical stress on bins and the bin lift system.

Unique Terberg GeometryTerberg’s unique bin lift geometry gives a container tip angle of 50° ensuring that ‘sticky’ materials are discharged & eliminates bin ‘kick out’ during lifting to reduce the likelihood of injury.
