2.12 How does IQAC Contribute/Monitor/Evaluate the Teaching & Learning processes :
According to the time table IQAC looks after the classes are conducted regularly before & after
winter vacation.
If the syllabus is not being completed before preliminary examination (i.e. before University
examination) IQAC guides the subject teachers to conduct extra classes for completing the
portion from the syllabus.
IQAC monitors the teaching learning through the committee established for evaluating the
teaching methods of teachers. Oral suggestions are given to the teachers for improvement in
teaching in the meeting organized for the same in the chairmanship of the Principal.

The College aims to mould the student community hailing mostly from the
marginalized and weaker sections of the society into better individuals, and guide them to

Parents Teachers Co-Ordination Committee
A feedback about college has been taken from the parents. The following points are highlighted
by the parents:-
Parents are satisfied with the teaching faculties.
Parents opined that more Vocational courses (subjects) should be introduced by the
college.
(When the question is asked about the changes in syllabus and which subjects are to be
introduced)
Parents are happy with the own teaching staff of the college.
Parents motivates their wards for regular attendance in all the classes.

Report on Students Feed Back
A Statistical Tool ‘Mode’ is used to analyze the feedback obtained from
students regarding all teachers.
Analysis has been done on the following basis:
1) A random sample of 20 students has been taken for each regular and contributory
teacher.
2) In all 20 questions were given to the students.
3) In the given format the feedback regarding not agree option has been considered.
4) A table is prepared for noting the observations.
5) A table is prepared to calculate Mode.
6) The most repeated frequency is considered as mode.
7) Each teacher is strong in 18 areas of teaching learning process except two comparatively
weaker areas. Each teacher has been told orally about improvement in weaker (two)
areas.

29th September] of our Founder Late Annasaheb Gundewar. Goal:
The Practice ‘Felicitation of Students’ was introduced with an aim to
boost the morale of students in academics.
The practice:
The Practice is conducive to the aims and objectives of the College and
Institution. Evidence of success:
As far as the evidence is concerned the quantity of awards is limited.
Efforts are being made to extend the practice to the best of our ability.
Students on their side feel proud and satisfied when their ability and skills
are rewarded.

2] Title of the Practice.
Three Day’ residential workshop on Career Guidance and Counseling for
SC/ST, OBC & other minority students. The college maintains diversity and provides information about the
employable skills, opportunities, career in a three day a residential
workshop organized specially for the students of SC/ST, OBC & other
minority category. Goal:
1. To provide guidance on Career & Employment
2. To develop employable skills and other qualitative traits among the
students of weaker section.
3. To provide extra opportunities of growth and career development to
the marginalized students. The procedure:
Every year, a UGC sponsored 3 day residential workshop is organized to
facilitate vital information about career opportunities, employable skills,
personality traits and entrepreneurship skills especially for the students of
SC/ST/OBC and minority category. The workshop is organized in Prakriti,
an NGO’s initiative at Lonara village. Around 50 students participate in
the workshop. Emphasis is given to the participation of girl students. The Evidence of Success:
The feedback is taken after the end of camp every year. Students have to
provide feedback in a prescribed format along with their opinion,
suggestion and view about the camp. The feedback received so far
suggests the affectivity and success of the workshop.
