Select login

Insert membership no. from badge or email address, then last 4 digits

of your phone no. or password that you have nominated. Click login.

Hold curser over the course name and the enrolment numbers will appear

How to send an email to students

Select Send Emails

Choose enrolments tab

Select your course using the down arrow

Fill in subject which will be preceded by “Glen Eira University of the Third Age”

Choose Browse to add an attachment

When complete press Send Enrolment Emails

Choose a course using down arrow

Choose options

Press List Enrolments.When the report appears you

can choose to print
