In order to have redemptive relationships that will respond to your word of testimony and build up Christ’s body, you have to learn the discipline of humility.

Point One

Humility is not rooted in our feelings, but rooted in our actions, because like love, humility is a choice.

James 4:6-7 But [God] giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist

the devil, and he will flee from you.

Humility is not thinking less of you, but thinking so much more of Christ that you can act in the best interest of others instead of yourself.

Humility is self-forgetfulness, and that is a choice.

hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.

Our goal in 2011 is to concentrate on the new nature long enough until it becomes second nature.

When God sees Christlikeness, he

We all need help somewhere, so take that and use that to your advantage, to make an open door for your testimony.

The nature of progressive sanctification means you don’t have to be perfect, all you have to do is make progress.

him; for he careth for you.
