DAY 3 ARRIVE IN AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALANDWelcome to Auckland, New Zealand! Upon arrival in Auckland, proceed through Customs and Immigration before boarding your private luxurious coach and proceed to check in to the hotel (official check in time after 1400 hrs.) After check-in, we’ll take a tour of Auckland’s sites including:

• Sky Tower – 328 meters high. The tallest man-made structure in New Zealand. View the landscape 80 km in every direction.

• Waterfront of Auckland

• Okahu Bay

• Mission Bay Beach

• Kelly Tarlton’s Sea Life Aquarium – home to 30 live animal exhibits including the largest Antarctic Penguin colony

DAY 4 AUCKLAND – ROTORUA - WAITOMO CAVES –HOBBITON MOVIE SET After breakfast, depart for Rotorua. Journey underground by boat into the world famous Glowworm Caves where thousands of glowworms form a living reproduction of the night sky. Lunch stop at Roselands followed by departure for Hobbiton Movie Set where you’ll visit the setting for The Shire in The Lord of the Rings films. Explore the Hobbit holes, Green Dragon Inn, Mill, and other structures, and see how this beautiful piece of Waikato farmland was transformed into The Shire. Later depart for Rotorua and check in to the Rotorua hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.


DAY 5 ROTORUAAfter having breakfast at the hotel we shall proceed for Rotorua attractions including:

• The Agrodome sheep show: hear amazing facts and have a few laughs as you’re introduced to 19 different breeds of sheep.

• Te Puia - home of the Pohutu Geyser, the largest active geyser in the southern hemisphere and the most photographed attraction in Rotorua.

• Rainbow Springs Nature Park - home to a variety of New Zealand’s most precious inhabitants including kiwi birds.

In the evening, we’ll return back to the hotel for relaxation before enjoying an Indian dinner.

DAY 6 ROTORUA TO QUEENSTOWNAfter having breakfast at the hotel, we shall proceed to the Rotorua airport to board our flight for Queenstown. Its stunning scenery, huge range of activities, and renowned warm welcome cement its reputation as New Zealand’s favorite visitor destination. Surrounded by majestic mountains and set on the shores of crystal clear Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown creates a perfect holiday backdrop full of adventure and relaxation. Upon arrival, proceed to board your coach for transfer to the hotel and check in. Enjoy dinner.

DAY 7 QUEENSTOWN – MILFORD SOUNDAfter having breakfast, we proceed for a whole day excursion for a Milford Sound Cruise. Witness towering cliffs and peaks – including the much photographed and iconic Mitre Peak which rises more than a kilometer straight out of the sea. We’ll also take in some gorgeous waterfalls as they cascade into the fjords. Enjoy the scenic cruise with lunch served on board. Upon completing the cruise, we’ll return to Queenstown for dinner.

Enjoy Indian dinner and spend overnight in the hotel.


DAY 8QUEENSTOWNAfter having breakfast, we will take a city tour of Queenstown, which includes:

• Arrow Town – excellent view of Bungee Jumping

• Kawarau Jet Boat ride – (Optional for 30 mins). It’s considered one of Queenstown’s top jet boating experiences. The ride skims just above the crystal blue Lake Wakatipu, Kawarau River, and Shotover River.

• Skyline Gondola up Bob’s Peak.

Afternoon is free for shopping. Enjoy dinner at hotel where we’ll stay overnight.


DAY 9 QUEENSTOWN – MT. COOK After having breakfast, we depart Queenstown and head for Mt. Cook. Travel through ruggedly beautiful landscape and over the Lindis Pass into Mackenzie Country. Enter the amazing Aoraki / Mt Cook National Park, home to New Zealand’s highest mountain where we stop for lunch and a chance to enjoy the amazing alpine scenery. Check in to the hotel. Later Visit Sir Edmund Hillary Center, a tribute to Sir Edmund Hillary, humanitarian, ambassador, and one of the world’s greatest explorers. The center showcases the Aoraki Mount Cook region, its people, and its place in the universe.

Enjoy dinner at hotel where we’ll stay overnight.


DAY 10 MOUNT COOK – CHRISTCHURCHAfter breakfast, depart for Glacier Explorers boat ride - an up close encounter with icebergs. Depart from Mount Cook Village where your bus will take you on a pleasant trip to the Tasman Valley, followed by a 30 min. alpine walk through the National Park. After, board your MAC boat, and enjoy the ever-changing ice face of the icebergs on the Tasman Glacier Terminal Lake. Later, depart for Christchurch where you’ll pass Lake Pukaki, Lake Tekapo, and the Canterbury Plains. The scenic ride ends in Christchurch. Enjoy the fantastic International Antarctic Center. Upon completion we shall proceed to the hotel for check in, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant, and spend overnight in the hotel.


DAY 11 CHRISTCHURCH – DEPARTAfter breakfast, we proceed to Christchurch International Airport to board your flight for Detroit. Arrive home and enjoy all the happy memories of the tour.
