­ creating a strong marketing strategy  ­ promoting Project Pulse in our community ­ Contact media outlets (newspapers, radios etc) to give the opportunity to the general

Logistics (2)  

­ in charge of logistics on the day of our events  ­ includes registration, venue seeking, looking for decorations and food  ­ skills required

­ dealing with budgeting and financial accounts  ­ in charge of making or ensuring that large payments are dealt with  ­ skills required  

­ strong organizational skills  ­ must have experience in budgeting and finances

­ creating and designing all promotional material for our events  ­ including facebook designs as well as videos, brochures, name tags, posters, etc  ­ skills required  

­ experience with photoshop and video making  ­ must be a quick and efficient worker  ­ ability to make quick changes to our material  

IT Director (1) 

­ managing tech on the day of our events  ­ gathering appropriate material  ­ website and social media updates  ­ skills required 

­ must have interest and experience in online marketing, computer technology and graphics
