Applications are available in the Guidance Office at each High School and also at the Moose Lodge. Deadline for submitting the scholarship application is Wednesday, April 15, 2020. Parents, Grandparents & legal guardians of upcoming Seniors (Class of 2021) in high school, now is the time to submit applications for the Moose International “Heart of the Community” Scholarship. Please pick up an application at the Lodge or call and one will be mailed to you. The deadline to submit the application is June 30, 2020. Tennessee Moose Association is awarding a $1000 Scholarship for Outstanding Community Service to a high school senior (Class of 2020) whose Parent, Grandparent or legal guardian is a member in good standing in a Tennessee Moose Lodge or Chapter. Any qualified member desiring to be nominated for an elective office shall submit his name to the Nominating Committee at least one week prior to the date the Committee is required to submit its report to the Lodge Membership on March 16th. The meetings of the Nominating Committee are as follows: 1st Meeting - Monday, March 2nd 2nd Meeting - Monday, March 9th Final Meeting - March 16th (All meetings are at 6:00 pm) Report of Nominations to the Membership March 16th at the regular Lodge Meeting at 7:30 The election of Officers will be conducted on Monday, April 6th from 2:00 to 7:00 pm by Australian Ballot (providing there is opposition of any elective office). This is your Lodge and it is your exclusive privilege to vote for the nominee that you desire to serve and represent your Lodge for the coming year. SCHOLARSHIPS The Greeneville Lodge will be awarding scholarships to local high school

seniors (Class of 2020). Applications are available in the Guidance Office at each High School and also at the Moose Lodge. Deadline for submitting the scholarship application

is Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

Parents, Grandparents & legal guardians of upcoming Seniors (Class of 2021) in high school, now is the time to submit applications for the Moose International “Heart of the

Community” Scholarship. Please pick up an application at the Lodge or call and one will be mailed to you. The deadline to submit the application is June 30, 2020.

Tennessee Moose Association is awarding a $1000 Scholarship for Outstanding

NEW BOARD OF OFFICERS NOMINATIONS This Lodge year ends April 30, 2020 and it’s time to start the nomination process to elect your new board of officers for the coming year, May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020. Any qualified member desiring to be nominated for an elective office shall submit his name to

the Nominating Committee at least one week prior to the date the Committee is required to submit its report to the Lodge Membership on March 16th. The meetings of the Nominating Committee are as follows:

1st Meeting - Monday, March 2nd 2nd Meeting - Monday, March 9th Final Meeting - March 16th (All meetings are at 6:00 pm)
