Master Mohammed Aeraf, is a 8 years old child suffering from Chronic myelogenous Leukaemia (CML), we posted his case this month and received overwhelming response from you all, we have made provisions for his cancer medicines and also cleared 2 hand loans amounting Rs 50,000 for which his father was paying high interest from his meagre income.

SCHOLARSHIP TO THE MERIT STUDENT

Syeda Saba is granddaughter of Basheerunisa begum (Centre) the 80 year old lady teaches Arabic and sells Spices and walks long distances on foot, she saved money for the education of her granddaughters – this girl secured 88.3% marks in BPZC intermediate – we complimented the efforts of this old lady by providing a small amount for the Syeda Saba higher education.

RESUCING BONDED LABOR

This middle aged lady was working in a polyclinic as an ayah and was made to work for 12 hours a day, she had borrowed some money for her medical expenses from the employer – she was being paid Rs 500/- per month after deducting her loan amount – we cleared the loan amount and relieved the lady from the clutches of bonded labor.

Shaik Fayaz a 24 years old , telecom engineer with Air Tel franchisee, died of an electric shock, when he was working on a cell phone tower in Kamareddy , Nizamabad Dist – a 33kva HT line was passing just 2 feet above the structure, where he was asked to fix a cable – the Youngman was the bread earner for the family & we have filed a case with SMC and the legal proceedings against the respondents is in the process for compensation.

RTA - ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT SURGERIES

Mr. Mohammed Mudassir, 24yrs He met with a Road Accident and suffered rib fracture for which surgery has been done at New Life Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 15,000/-

Mr. Mohsif Taj, 25yrs He was met with a Road Accident and suffered from fractures right Clavicle & Ulna, for which surgery has been done by Dr. Aditya Kapoor at RAYS Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Mr. Mirza Javed Baig, 40yrs, He was met with a Road Accident and suffered from fractures in right Tibia for which surgery has been done at Premier Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

CARDIOTHORACIC SURGERIES DONE AT OGH

Baby Sahasra, 4yrs, She is suffering from Congenital Heart Disease - Patent ductus arteriosus for which ASD closure & PDA ligation procedure was done by Dr. Srinivas at Osmania General Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-for the ASD Kit.

Ms. Sanjeeda, 24yrs, She is suffering from CRHD - Chronic Rheumatic Heart Disease with severe Mitral Stenosis for which procedure Mitral Valve Replacement was done by Dr. Srinivas at Osmania General Hospital, HHF has provided ASD Kit & Mitral Valve @ Rs. 65,000/-

Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed , 62yrs, a refugee from Rohingiya was suffering from Coronary Artery Disease, Acute Coronary Syndrome with unstable Angina for which procedure Coronary Angioplasty with drug eluting stents has been done by Dr. Y.V. Subba Reddy at Osmania General Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 60,000/- towards Stent & Balloon

Master. Farhan Khan, 1 yr, He was suffering from Hydrocephalus in brain and Neuro surgery done at Rainbow Children's Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Baby. Arshiya Fatima, 9yrs, She was suffering from Cholelithiasis (Gall Stones) due to which Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy by Dr. G.M. Irfan at Princess Durru Shehvar Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Master. Sk. Faisal, 2yrs, He was suffering from Congenital Heart Disease

and through HHF efforts surgery done under Aarogyasri at Care Hospital,

HHF has partly supported Rs. 15,000/-

Tonsillitis and Adenoids for which Laser Surgery (removal of Tonsillitis &

Ms. Irfana Begum, 23yrs, She was suffering from Disc Prolapsed in Spine and was in a very severe pain. L4/S1 Laminectomy surgery has been done by Dr. D. Sriram Chandra at Lakshmi Neuro Center, HHF Has paid Rs. 50,000/-

Mr. Syed Rafeeq-ur-Rahman Quadri, 45yrs - He was suffering from Staghorn Calculus in Right Kidney for which surgery: Right RIRS + JJ Stenting has been done by Dr. Bhargav Reddy at Ramayya Pramilla Urology & Laparoscopic Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 60,000/-

Mr. Shaik Jeelani Ahmed, 18yrs, He was suffering from Right Epididymal Cyst with Grade – II Varicocele on Left Side and surgery has been done by Dr. Masood at Princess Durru Shehvar, HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Mrs. Fazal Khatoon, 55yrs, She is suffering from Renal Failure, she is on dialysis since 2yrs and presently she required right upper limb Arteriovenous (AV) fistula, the procedure has been done by Dr. P.C. Gupta at Care Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

ENABLEMENT TO THE DISABLED

Ms. Ruksana, 22yrs, She had lost her both legs in a tragic train accident and HHF have provided Bilateral Below Knee Artificial Prosthetics Legs which enabled her to walk. HHF has paid Rs. 70,000/-

Mr. Muzaffer Uddin, 38yrs, a daily wage earner, lost hearing ability in both ears and our ENT Specialist advised him to use of Amplifications, HHF provided Imported Hearing Aids @ Rs. 20,000/-
