The University of Colorado Denver goes “carbon-neutral”The 12th annual Communication Days event will unveil UCD as a Carbon Neutral School

DENVER (Feb. 8, 2011) – This years Communications Days event will be unlike any other. The theme is environmental communication, and the sponsorship is REI. Not only that, UCD will be hosting a world re-nowned environmental leader Dr. Robbie Cox. Dr. Cox will be the keynote speaker , giving every attendant a chance to learn something new from this environmental expert.

WHAT: Each year the University of Colorado Denver, Communication Department, hosts a Communication Days event near the end of spring semester. For the 12th year in a row the department has taken special measures to make Communication Days, the celebration it really is. The week-long extravaganza will include community engagement, expert speakers, creative learning, games, prizes, and many networking opportunities.
