News Stories Review I have sent out a link to my peers to see what their opinion is on my news stories, I wanted to get feedback in so I can analyse and try and improve in whatever needs improving. This review will be for all my stories. From the responses that I have gathered they have been all positive but also received some slight criticism. All of my stories were all informative, the reason for that is, is because I had to go around my college and find out gather news that are currently happening within my college. For my first question I asked whether my news stories were all clear and concise, the results that I received showed that I did which was very good. Listening back to my stories I thought that I spoke clearly so I had confidence that I would receive good feedback in that area. For my second question I asked whether my stories were relevant to my target audience, again I received good feedback. I tried to make my stories relatable as much as possible to my target audience which were students. In terms of editing I found it quiet easy, with some help of my teacher I found even easier. When I gathered my interview, the raw footage was about 2 minutes long. To make it snappier and short, I had to cut pretty much some of the whole length for all stories. Reaper was the software that I used to edit my footage. The sound quality of the audio was very clear. The recording kit that I used was very good. News Stories Review

I have sent out a link to my peers to see what their opinion is on my news stories, I wanted to get feedback in so I can analyse and try and improve in whatever needs improving.

It captured almost everything from my voice to the background. I tried to get quotes from them, to make it snappy. I had some hardware difficulty with the recording kit. I didn’t quite know how to use them, even though I’ve used them before I still had problems, but with some help of my teacher I managed to overcome it.

The criticism that I received were things such as my stories possibly might have been too long and some found it boring. If I were to this again I would improve on my story length, some of the stories were quiet long so therefore it got very boring for my target audience. Other than that, overall I think I did pretty well in terms of delivering the story and gathering the story. If we were to do this again in the future I would know what I could improve on based on my feedbacks from my peers.
