Allow your child to take the lead when you play together - this will keep them motivated and theyll develop crucial thinking and language skills through their play. SAFETY IN NURSERY Please can parents make sure that all doors and gates are kept closed at all times, especially during drop off and pick up time. Remember that next week is half term so the nursery will be closed. INSET DAYS IN JUNE We have two INSET days in June on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th. The nursery will be closed on these two dates. WINTER ILLNESSES We have recently had many cases of sickness bugs, conjunctivitis and bad coughs/chest infections. These are all very common at this time of year. Please ensure your child stays away from nursery for 48 hours following any sickness or diarrhoea. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist for conjunctivitis. Keep your children hydrated with lots of fluids and teach them how to wash their hands correctly. Scrub your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds (sing the happy birthday song twice!) rinse well and make sure they are completely dry. Please help us all to stay healthy!

BREAKFAST AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUB We have spaces available everyday in our breakfast and after school clubs.

Breakfast club is available from 8.00am. £1 every 15 mins, breakfast is provided.

After school club is available everyday until 6.00pm. £1 every 15 mins.

It is filled with lots of fun activities that include: Outdoor School

Baking Junk modelling

Making and playing with play dough Chopping fruit and veg for snack
