Before he could undergo treatment, he had to be put into intensive care because his kidneys were failing. Oliver’s mum, Rebecca, said “It is the most devastating news any family can take in. It felt like our world had ended” Oliver is now receiving aggressive chemotherapy, which he will continue with until June 2015. If you’re reading this newsletter, you have already taken the first step to supporting Lennox Children’s

Cancer Fund. Now take it one step further by choosing your very own sponsored challenge to raise funds

for children with cancer. We have lots of different experiences to offer this year and into 2014, there is

guaranteed to be something special for every experienced adrenaline junkie and new challenger.

NAME THE CUDDLY TOY RE-LAUNCH In May, we re-launched our `Name the Cuddly Toy` Competition with a brand

new summer feel. The fun new game card stands up on your counter or desk

so that you can raise funds at an event or in your workplace. This is a simple

and effective way of raising funds without spending a penny or using up

all your free time! We'll send you everything you need to get started in a

colourful pack and you can help us give a cuddly toy a nice home.

Are you in an office of people who don’t fancy winning a cuddly

toy? How about winning £50 cash? With a 50:50 Raffle, half of the

funds you raise come to the charity and the other half goes to the

winner! To request your free Name the Cuddly Toy, or 50:50 Raffle pack,

call our friendly fundraising team on 01708 734366 or email your contact

details to [email protected] and we'll call you!

Can You Guess My Name?

NOTICES We are pleased to announce that the charity’s head office has relocated to Suite D, 7-13 High Street,

Romford, Essex RM1 1JU. The move marks a new era for Lennox as we strive to reduce the day-to-day

administration costs so that we can increase the number of families we support in 2013 and 2014.

Please be aware that Lennox Children's Cancer Fund is NOT working in conjunction with Alec's Angels

and they are NOT raising money for us. Alec’s Angels do not have permission to fundraise on our behalf

so if you have been approached by Alec’s Angels and given any information about Lennox, we hope that

you will take the time to visit our website, www.lennoxccf.org.uk, and understand the facts.
