PANATHLON GAMES MEDAL WINNERS!!!! Word of the fortnight: COLLABORATION On Tuesday 26th March Ryan S, Ariz K and Frazer M represented Redbridge alongside Seven Kings and Lile Heath in The Panathlon Games Finals. It is the first me The Forest Academy have parci- pated in the games. The boys competed in table cricket, table tennis, running and lots of other sports. Overall the Borough came third and the boys won a bronze trophy. The London Borough of Redbridge came 4th overall and they bought home another trophy. Well done boys we are so proud of your sporng achievement and we hope you like your trophies situated in the main recepon.

COLLABORATION

On Tuesday 26th March Ryan S, Ariz K and Frazer

M represented Redbridge alongside Seven Kings

and Little Heath in The Panathlon Games Finals. It

is the first time The Forest Academy have partici-

pated in the games. The boys competed in table

sports. Overall the Borough came third and the

We launched our school lottery this year, a big thank you to everyone who has joined so far. If you would

lottery every week There is also a £25,000 jackpot prize.

SUMMER UNIFORMS

Some students have taken the opportunity to pur-

chase the new grey polo tops. These look very

smart. They can be purchased online or on a

Wednesday for the uniform shop. A tie does not

need to be worn with them but a blazer must still

be worn.

YEAR 11 KEY INFORMATION YEAR 7 AND 8 EXAMS Start on Tuesday 7th May. They will be in the sports hall. Year 7 period 1 and 2 year 8 period 3 and 4. stu-dents must be in full school uniform. Mobile phones must be handed to Mr Thaker at the start. A clear pencil case is required. The timetable can be found on the website and social media.

CAREERS FAIR FRIDAY 5TH JULY 2019

Tuesday the 23rd of April until Thursday the 2nd of May: · Normal lessons. Students are expected to attend school from registration at 8.45am until the end of period 5 at 3.15pm. · Important information will be given out during registrations and assemblies Friday the 3rd of May · Leavers Assembly, P.3 and 4. Students will be attending a special celebration assembly in the morn-ing and they will be dismissed at lunch. Tuesday the 7th of May until Friday the 24th of May: · GCSE exams start. · Normal lessons continue to support students Period 1-5. · When in school students are expected to attend all lessons in full uniform. After Monday the 3rd of June: · GCSE exams continue · Students are granted full study leave and only come into school for their exams. School uniform: · Students are expected to wear full school uni-

form at all times when in school.
