Swale Academies Trust Football Tournament 2018

On Tuesday of this week another group of our students took part in a trust football tournament at Southborough School Maidstone. We are delighted to announce that Istead Rise Primary won the competition and brought the trophy back for us. Congratulations to Joseph, Joe, Premh, Ashleigh, Elliot, Vinny, Jack, Elysia & Archie!

A new home for our chicken

We have found a brand new home for our last remaining chicken from Foundation. Anim-mates in New Ash Green is a lovely sanctuary where she will have plenty of new friends and remain in a free-range environment for the rest of her life. Thank you very much to Terry of FIRPS and Miss Young for organising this.

Hockey Competition Yesterday Jack, Joe, Albert, James, Ashleigh, Elysia, Edie & Katie of Year 5/6 represented Istead Rise Primary at a Gravesham Schools hockey competition at Gravesend Rugby Club. The team won 2 games, drew 1 and lost 1. They came 2nd in their group overall, so a very well done to them!
