Capacit'e Achieves Gross Monthly Sales Of Rs. 100 Cr In Dec-15

For The first time ever since inception, Capacit'e achieved gross

monthly Sales of Rs. 100 Cr in Dec-15. Capacit'e has clocked

gross Sales of over Rs. 670 Cr during the 9 months period

ending 31st Dec 2015, which is higher than the Sales achieved

during the entire FY 2014-15. At the current accelerating pace of

progress, Capacit'e is all set to exceed the target of Rs. 950 Cr

gross Sales in FY 2015-16.

Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of Civil Works for

the Residential Buildings at Rustomjee Seasons, Near Bandra

MIG Club at Kalanagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai, by M/s Rustomjee

Constructions (P) Ltd.

The Contract Value is Rs. 217.80 Cr, excluding taxes. The scope of

work includes construction of six numbers of high end

residential towers comprising of 3 Basements, 1 Stilt, 1 Fire

Check Floor and 24 Typical Floors. There will be extended

basement between the buildings.

The construction work has commenced now and Capacit'e is

targeting completion of the Project in 27 months. Imported

aluminium formwork system is to be used for the typical floors

to speed up slab casting cycle time to 3 floors per month.

RADIUS DESERVE SRA, CHEMBUR, MUMBAI

Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of Civil Works for

the Residential Buildings at Chembur, Mumbai, by M/s Radius &

Deserve Builders LLP.

The Contract Value is Rs. 175.62 Cr, excluding taxes. The scope of

work includes construction of six numbers of mass housing

residential towers comprising of Ground Floor and 23 to 32

Typical Floors. Further phases of work entail addition of ten

more buildings to the scope of work in due course.

The construction work has commenced now and Capacit'e is

targeting completion of the Project in 26 months.

Imported tunnel formwork system is proposed to be used for

the typical floors to cut down the slab casting cycle times. The

tunnel formwork combined with weld-mesh reinforcement

technology enables construction of over five floors a month,

delivering positively on the mass housing objectives. As this

technology is new in India, Capacit'e will be availing the services

of skilled manpower from Turkey for this project.

ABIL OLYMPIA AVAANTI, PUNE

Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of Civil & RCC

Works for the Residential Building Project Avaanti at Tilak Road,

Pune, by M/s Olympia, an ABIL group entity.

The Contract Value is Rs. 21.50 Cr, excluding taxes. The scope of

work includes construction of a premium residential tower

comprising of 1 basement, 1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine floor, 1

commercial floor, 2 floors for car parking, 1 fire check floor and

19 residential floors including duplex residential floors.

The construction work has commenced now and Capacit'e is

targeting completion of the Project in 24 months. The

formwork technology to be adopted is a combination of

conventional and panel formwork system.

BROOKFIELD SEAVIEW TOWERS, NOIDA

Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of Civil &

Structural Works for the Commercial Towers 5, 6 & 7 at Sector

135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh by M/s Seaview Developers Ltd., a

Brookfield group entity.

The Contract Value is Rs. 128.78 Cr. The scope of work includes

construction of three commercial towers comprising of 1

ground floor and 15 typical floors each plus a non-tower

basement area.

The construction work has commenced now and Capacit'e is

targeting completion of the Project in 21 months. The formwork

technology adopted is table formwork system, imported from

RMD, UAE. This system enables quick, easy and smooth de-

shuttering and re-shuttering operations, for faster completion

with minimum manpower deployment. Table formwork ensures

top class quality and workmanship as well.

UNITECH MULTI LEVEL CAR PARK, GURGAON

Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of Civil &

Structural Works for the Multi Level Car Park at Sector 21,

Gurgaon, Haryana by M/s Unitech Developers and Projects

Ltd., a Brookfield group entity.

The Contract Value is Rs. 55.50 Cr. The scope of work

includes construction of basement and superstructure area

of the multi-level car park comprising of 1 ground floor and 7

typical floors. The construction work has commenced now

and Capacit'e is targeting completion of the Project in 12

months. The formwork technology adopted is a combination

of conventional and panel formwork system.

WADHWA 25 South, PRABHADEVI, MUMBAI

Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of General Civil

Works (RCC Shell and Core Works) for the Residential Towers –

T1, EWS Building, T2 & T3 alongwith associated Basement and

Podium in a phased manner at Hindoostan Mills Compound,

Prabhadevi, Mumbai by M/s Twenty Five South Realty Limited,

a joint venture of Hubtown and the Wadhwa Group.

The Contract Value for Tower 1 is Rs. 181.49 Cr. The scope of

work under this phase 1 includes construction of a residential

tower comprising of 1 basement, 1 ground floor, 9 podium

floors, 40 typical floors, 4 sky villas, 5 refuge floors, 3 service

floors, 3 fire check floors and a terrace floor. The total height of

the Tower will be 240 m.

The construction work has commenced now and Capacit'e is

targeting completion of the Project in 33 months. Imported

aluminium formwork system is to be used for the typical floors

to speed up slab casting cycle to 3 floors per month.

Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of Concrete,

Block Works and Finishing Works for the Ozone Aqua (2)

Apartments at Ozone Urbana Township, Bengaluru by M/s

Ozone Urbana Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd.

The Contract Value is Rs. 63.10 Cr. The scope of work includes

construction of 5 residential towers comprising of 1 basement,

1 stilt floor and 8 typical floors. The construction work has

commenced now and Capacit'e is targeting completion of the

Project in 18 months. The formwork technology adopted is a

combination of conventional and panel formwork system.

SIDDH SHEKHA MARQUIS, BENGALURU

Capacit'e has been awarded the Construction of Civil Works for

the Residential Apartment Marquis at Bull Temple Road,

Basavanagudi, Bengaluru by M/s Siddh Shekha Developers LLP.

The Contract Value is Rs. 21.81 Cr, excluding taxes. The scope of

work includes construction of 1 residential tower comprising of

1 basement, 1 ground floor and 22 typical floors. The

construction work has commenced now and Capacit'e is

targeting completion of the Project in 24 months. The

formwork technology adopted is a combination of

conventional and panel formwork system.

SAHANA SHETH BEAU MONTE, SION, MUMBAI

M/s Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has been awarded the

Construction of High Rise Residential Tower in the Beau Monte

Project at Sion, Mumbai by M/s Sahana Sheth, a joint venture of

Sahana Group and Sheth Creators.

The Contract Value is Rs. 60.19 Cr. The scope of work covers the

entire RCC structure work for the residential tower comprising

of 2 basements, 1 ground floor, 5 podium floors, 1 eco deck level,

45 upper floors and 2 fire check floors. The construction work

has commenced now and Capacit'e is targeting completion of

the Project in 34 months. Imported aluminium formwork

system is proposed to be used for the typical floors to speed up

the slab casting to 3 floors per month.
