Public Speaking

Congratulations to Brody Campbell, Grace Wuthrich and Broden See who competed at the Far North Coast Public Speaking Finals on Thursday 5 September.

The children competed against 20 – 30 children and did very well to make it to this level.

Well done to Broden on receiving the encouragement award in Stage 1 division.

Swimming Program

The children are enjoying the daily swimming lessons at Murwillumbah Pool and it is fantastic to see the progress they are making, from fear of getting their face wet to completely submerging!! Along with stroke correction, breathing and correct kicking technique.

The final day involves water safety and rescue procedures.

Mr Simpson, Kaelin, Brody and Gavin went along to watch our film “High Jump” compete against the other films in the festival. It was screened on the big screen in front of a large and appreciative audience. The films were all highly entertaining. We were awarded “Best Comedy” for our film and can be very proud of how well our first entry in a film festival went.
