A residential estate without equal, Boschhoek offers full title 1 to 2 hectare stands from R599 000 to R1 199 000. This also makes

you co-owner of almost 1500 hectares of Nature’s splendour, and all of it for free! Being part of Unesco’s Waterberg Biosphere

Reserve, nature reigns supreme. Our footprint is virtually nil, with only around a quarter percent of the estate being covered by

buildings. Boschhoek is well established, with around 115 stands sold and more than 50 bush houses built. With us being guests in

nature, there is no minimum size for your dwelling – with the bush as your living room, one only needs a place to rest.

This allows you the choice – whether a rustic tented bush breakaway or a multimillion rand lodge blending into the mountain.

With levies at only R900 per month and 10 years to start building, you can afford to purchase your stand and only build when you

are ready. This is particularly relevant, since Boschhoek is the last chance for a full title place in the bush after a change in

legislation. Should you wish, you may start small and expand at your leisure.

In the Waterberg close to Modimolle/Nylstroom, only an easy hour and a half from Pretoria and two hours from Johannesburg, the

choice is yours whether to live there permanently with an occasional visit to town for business or the other way around.

Boschhoek also provides for those who prefer to share with likeminded others.

At only R350 000 or R175 000 for a joint purchase with family or friends, only a few shares remain in our fully furnished 12 bed

Berg&Bosch Lodge perched on one of the highest stands on Boschhoek. For a week every two months you may take your balcony

seat above our amphitheatre at a monthly cost of only R450, revitalised in nature before returning to city life.

Boschhoekers were treated to several activities during the holiday season,

of which full moon walks, night tractor rides and tree walks were but a few.

Boschhoek is about. An easy day outing from Pretoria or Johannesburg, you could combine it with your own streamside picnic on

Boschhoek or a light lunch at Leeuwenhof Country Lodge next door.
