However, there is a saying that "you can bring ahorse to water, but you can't make it drink". Iwant to invite all of our JUMP students to take15-20 min today or tomorrow to think about youraccomplishments and downfalls last year. Evengo as far as writing them down in a table. This isthe time to look for what worked well and whatdid not work in order to improve this semester.Did you relax too much because you had coveredgrades? Did you find yourself not getting enoughsleep? Did you discover that the days you atebreakfast in the morning helped you focus? These are questions that will help you single outwhat should be kept and what should be changed. Remember, we are not perfect and we allneed take a minute to readjust our steering wheel.

The Myriad of Health ProfessionsFind a profession that loves you back!Written By: Sophia Ottleben

In light of Valentines Day this weekend Iwanted to throw in some information aboutfinding True Love with your future career. AsJUMP students, all of you are interested inHealth, but as you all may know, we sometimesget tunnel vision about a specific career. Part ofthis may be due to our lack of knowledge aboutthe myriad of health professions out there. Please visit explorehealthcareers.organd educateyourself about the different professions available to you. Don't remain in an abusiverelationship with what you might think is your only choice as a health profession!
