Christmas For KidsChristmas for Kids is one of AventaCares favorite events every year. Leading up to the Christmas season, AventaCares selects families in need and provides presents for the kids, a holiday meal for the family,

and other things the family needs. Last year, we supported five families from Aventa’s service areas; one family is pictured below.

School Supply Drive Success

Over the Summer, AventaCares hosted its first annual School Supply Drive, providing school supplies for kids in need. The drive was a success, as AventaCares raised more than $600 in supplies and monetary donations from Aventa Credit Union staff and members.

“Many families are struggling to provide their kids with all the required school supplies. We are truly grateful knowing we have made an impact on their lives”, said Julie Gwisdalla, an AventaCares Board Member.
